Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead a dynamic kitchen team, providing hands-on guidance and fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment.
  • Oversee menu development and ensure authentic, high-quality Italian dishes are consistently delivered.
  • Manage all aspects of back-of-house operations, including inventory control, food costing, and budget adherence.
  • Mentor and develop culinary staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align culinary operations with the restaurant’s business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-end, high-volume Italian restaurant.
  • In-depth knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and mentorship.
  • Excellent understanding of BOH financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
