We are looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and take our menu to new heights.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and refine a modern Indian menu, incorporating creative techniques while staying true to Indian flavors.
- Source and manage high-quality ingredients, maintaining consistency and seasonality.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and excellence.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the kitchen.
- Manage kitchen inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with management on menu planning, specials, and new dish development.
- Maintain a smooth workflow, even during high-volume service times.
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a modern Indian restaurant or a high-end Indian kitchen.
- Expertise in traditional Indian cooking techniques with a modern and innovative approach to flavors and presentation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle a high-paced kitchen while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Passion for Indian cuisine and a drive for culinary excellence.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
