We are looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and take our menu to new heights.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  2. Develop and refine a modern Indian menu, incorporating creative techniques while staying true to Indian flavors.
  3. Source and manage high-quality ingredients, maintaining consistency and seasonality.
  4. Train, mentor, and lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and excellence.
  5. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the kitchen.
  6. Manage kitchen inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste.
  7. Collaborate with management on menu planning, specials, and new dish development.
  8. Maintain a smooth workflow, even during high-volume service times.
  9. Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a modern Indian restaurant or a high-end Indian kitchen.
  2. Expertise in traditional Indian cooking techniques with a modern and innovative approach to flavors and presentation.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Ability to handle a high-paced kitchen while maintaining quality and consistency.
  5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  6. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  7. Passion for Indian cuisine and a drive for culinary excellence.
