This full-time position is an integral member of the Ernest’s leadership team. This role is responsible for the delivery of customer-focused food services including Ernest’s restaurant, special events and school supported clubs and teams. The Executive Chef is responsible for administrating all food production systems and must demonstrate the following abilities: lead, organize, coordinate and review the work of others; develop and implement standards while ensuring uncompromised quality; work at a demanding pace to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality; create effective menus; be a strong team player and leader who actively inspires others; and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

Remuneration: $61,997.52 - $83,018.52 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package. (Classification - Executive Chef).
This position is covered by the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) Collective Agreement.
