Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President of our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and will involve a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The individual will primarily work from home but will be required to attend in-person meetings and perform other in-person tasks on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including managing inbox, schedules, phone line, and coordinating meetings.
- Coordinate projects, timelines, and personnel.
- Book travel and accommodations.
- Handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while answering calls and directing them appropriately.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Manage the Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and reminders.
- Utilize DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures.
- Assist in financial record keeping using QuickBooks as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative roles.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy rates.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication standards.
- Experience with file management systems and document organization.
- Proficient in proofreading to ensure high-quality written communication.
- Skilled in using Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes.
- Knowledge of DocuSign for managing electronic documents is preferred.
- Basic understanding of QuickBooks is a plus but not required.

Pay: $43,585.46-$69,150.84 per year
