What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Provide operational and administrative support to the Chief Product Officer and executive team members
2. Manage scheduling, project management, and information requests with excellent attention to detail
3. Handle travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and preparation of reports and correspondence
4. Interact with senior management and administrative support staff on significant matters
5. Support various initiatives and projects as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate responses

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. College diploma or university degree, or equivalent experience
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience providing executive support
3. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and travel management systems
4. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues with exemplary judgment and discretion
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet aggressive deadlines
