We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer (COO). This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency of daily operations, time management, and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the COO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, agendas, logistics, and detailed minutes.
- Act as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Oversee service, milestone rewards, and employee recognition programs.
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements for executives and submit them for processing.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in property management is a plus but not required.
