In this umbrella is the Administrative Team. This group plays a vital role in supporting our Senior Leadership teams across multiple divisions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Acting as a central hub, this team manages key administrative functions and serves as a critical point of contact for a wide range of needs.
The role:
Reporting to the Manager, Leadership Support, we are looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to support the needs of our senior leaders across Canada and the United States. This EA would support the Product Development group and will support four leaders across Product Design, Engineering and Management—this team powers Jobber’s platform innovation ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of its growing user base.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to do more than fetch coffee - it’s strategic support that has a direct impact on leadership effectiveness. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination and operational efficiency for your group.
