Description
Reporting directly to the President and CEO, as a member of the administrative support team within the Administration Department, the incumbent will provide support to the Board administration and operations, executive administration support for the Executive Team including day-to-day administrative support for the President and CEO, and support for corporate events planning and execution.
This position requires a proactive individual able to plan, anticipate needs and take responsibility for resolving matters independently. The incumbent will bring to this role a high level of professionalism, composure, diplomacy and flexibility and will operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications
- Completion of post-secondary education at the college or university level in a complementary discipline
- Post-secondary education in secretarial sciences or proven comparable experience
- Proficiency in various software applications, specifically Microsoft Office
- Exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills
- Excellent minute taking skills
- Excellent written/oral communication
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Minimum 60 wpm keyboarding skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Demonstrated initiative to identify/recommend improvements, and willingness to assume projects as assigned
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development
- Ability to maintain composure and productivity in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Demonstrated reliable attendance record
