Currently undergoing significant growth and transformation, Foundations for Social Change is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and leadership team in ensuring operational efficiency, enabling leadership to focus on strategy, development, and expansion.
The Position
The Executive Assistant is a pivotal role providing high-level administrative support to the CEO. This individual will oversee calendar and email management, coordinate travel and expenses, act as a gatekeeper, and ensure seamless daily operations. The role will also involve setting up and maintaining key organizational systems, supporting board relations, and proactively managing the CEO’s workflow and priorities.
This hybrid role requires a presence in the office two to three days per week, aligning with the organization’s four-day, 30-hour workweek model.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $50,000 for a four-day, hybrid, workweek, with health benefits. This range is based on market benchmarks and may vary depending on the candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
