Hours of Work: 37.5 per week – flexible one evening board meeting a month
Position Description:
The Executive Assistant will be an ambitious and driven candidate, who is highly motivated and thrives in a self-directed role. Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides administrative and logistical support to ensure a highly functioning executive office within YWCA Regina. The EA supports the CEO’s work which includes support for the Board of Directors, maximizing efficiency of the Leadership team, and performing in a manner that demonstrates a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for project management, research and analysis of information. The Executive Assistant is required to demonstrate a high degree of composure and flexibility when faced with managing multiple conflicting priorities for multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees and manages the CEO calendar
- Coordinates Leadership meetings, develops agendas, and takes meeting minutes
- Supports yearly operational documents reviews, including managing Imagine Canada standards
- Oversees YWCA Board and Committee operations; including, but not limited to, board calendars, volunteer files, agendas, meetings, AGM logistics, minutes, and committee support.
- Supports the CEO, Board of Directors, and Sr. Leadership team in research, data collection, and reports for special projects as assigned.
- Responsible for managing special association-wide projects, such as procedural implementation, association internal events, and strategic projects.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in project coordination or administration work.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data management and reporting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current theories, trends, standards, and practices of assessment in academic libraries.
- Demonstrated knowledge of non-profit board governance.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated flexibility, creativity, and ability to innovate and adapt to a continually evolving environment.

Pay: $65,130.00 - $68,386.50 per year
