Job Summary

As we continue to expand our impact, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional administrative skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role demands a strong understanding of office management practices, as well as the capacity to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Welcome visitors and clients
  2. Handle incoming calls, emails and other correspondence in a professional manner
  3. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and leadership team including management of schedules, meetings and appointments
  4. Prepare presentations, agendas and take minutes as required
  5. Manage and process monthly bills and invoices
  6. Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning as needed
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, management teams, colleagues and clients
  8. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  9. Ad hoc administrative duties as required

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Completion of a recognized undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration or relevant field (required)
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace (preferred)
  4. Previous experience working in a complex needs environment (desirable)
  5. The successful candidate will be required to undergo and pass a criminal background check prior to employment
