Job description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our client’s team in Hamilton. Reporting directly to the CEO, this part-time position will ideally be worked across Monday to Thursday. Your key responsibilities are broad and interesting and will include:

  1. Managing the diary, travel, and meeting schedule for the CEO
  2. Booking travel for the senior management team
  3. Coordinating and preparing for internal and external meetings including documentation, resources, technology, and catering management
  4. Reading, researching, and routing correspondence for the CEO
  5. Coordinating and consolidating the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the CEO and Board
  6. Providing highly efficient support to the Board

You will offer previous experience supporting a CEO, Board, or executive team, and you’ll pride yourself on your high-level communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for an individual who is tech-savvy, self-motivated, and has a high level of resilience.

Whilst primarily based in Hamilton, there will be travel across the greater Waikato/Bay of Plenty Region.
