We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our client’s team in Hamilton. Reporting directly to the CEO, this part-time position will ideally be worked across Monday to Thursday. Your key responsibilities are broad and interesting and will include:
You will offer previous experience supporting a CEO, Board, or executive team, and you’ll pride yourself on your high-level communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for an individual who is tech-savvy, self-motivated, and has a high level of resilience.
Whilst primarily based in Hamilton, there will be travel across the greater Waikato/Bay of Plenty Region.
