  1. Compile data to prepare documents
  2. Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions and reports
  3. Liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations
  4. Provide customer service
  5. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents
  6. Manage events
