Dentalook is looking for a talented Event Planner to join our Head Office team in Burlington, ON! Here, you will be responsible for organizing and executing both small-scale and large-scale events. This includes coordinating approximately 10 smaller in-clinic events annually for our dental clinics and 5 larger corporate events such as training sessions and celebratory gatherings.
This is a Hybrid based position, which will require regular travel to attend events scheduled throughout the calendar year.

Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute approximately 30 smaller in-clinic events monthly.
Manage 5 larger corporate events annually, including training sessions and celebratory events some will have up to 300 attendees.
Work closely with stakeholders to develop event concepts, budgets, and timelines.
Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers.
Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of all event elements.
Maintain records and reports for post-event evaluations.
Travel to event venues as required to oversee setup, operations, and breakdown.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in event planning or coordination.
Comfortable in project management tools such as Asana or similar software (an asset).
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (an asset).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and travel as required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
