A Day in the Life:

1. Complete take-offs/estimate for assigned projects
2. Follow up on multi-scope or single-scope projects
3. Attend pre-bid & post-bid meetings
4. Complete work orders & prepare material order sheets
5. Consult, communicate, and build rapport with internal departments
6. Prepare construction progress schedules
7. Coordinate the investigation and resolution of disputes, defects and back charges
8. Follow-up with on-site problems with operations team
9. Visit job sites
10. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
11. Negotiate contract price/award price with clients
12. Participate in initial handoff meetings, production meetings and project autopsies

What You Bring:

1. Experience in the construction industry (roofing) is required
2. Good communication (verbal & written)
3. Computer aptitude (Outlook, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, etc.)
4. Basic estimating/mathematical skills
5. Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
6. Excellent time management and problem solving skills

Other Requirements:

Must hold valid G Driver's License
