Kurves has opportunities available for an ambitious individual to become an esthetician and a part of our KBB Crew. As a member of our KBB Crew, you will be introduced to our bar’s health and safety policies, be able to provide professional services and give an excellent guest experience. You should also be able to deliver expert knowledge on retail products and are expected to sell retail products.

To be successful as an Esthetician, you should demonstrate high quality guest care with each and every guest in your chair (or on your table!), as well as provide every guest with an unforgettable service experience. Ultimately, an exceptional Esthetician should achieve excellent customer service by ensuring that clients have pleasant salon experiences.

This position will be directly responsible for adhering to company health and safety protocols, providing exceptional guest care and an unforgettable service experience. Essential functions include base knowledge of esthetics, retail knowledge, and comfortable communicating with our guests through their entire service experience.

As an Esthetician at Kurves you will:

1. Provide all services offered at the bar
2. Complete in-person training and live models on bar procedure for all new services
3. Provide excellent customer service
4. Contribute to personal and location monthly goals through service and retail sales
5. Book in guests and process payments
6. Effectively communicate with guests, and build relationships to establish a loyal clientele
7. Adhere to all Kurves health and safety protocols, and ensure the bar is always clean, sanitized, and up to our Kurves standard

To be Successful at Kurves, you will have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Strong verbal / written communication skills
2. A valid cosmetology license / esthetic certification(s)
3. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
4. Technology friendly / willing to be trained on our booking and POS systems
