List of Requirements

• Previous experience in a spa or salon environment an asset
• Offer consistent professional and relaxing services following spa protocols
• Recommend appropriate treatments and home care regimes
• Perform excellent time management skills by following service timing and monitoring schedule
• Uphold cleanliness of the spa by keeping a clean and organized work area
• Team player

List of Duties

• Greet customers
• Provide excellent quality services
• Clean work area and stations after use
• Work as a team to keep spa looking at its best
• Communicate with front reception to ensure smooth and efficient bookings
