Esthetician

The Esthetician provides esthetic treatments and services to client specifications and as per Holt Renfrew standards.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

1. Provide facial and other skin treatments, using specialized products and techniques in accordance with department standards and client specifications
2. Recommend appropriate products based on analysis of client needs
3. Develop a personal clientele and build client loyalty
4. Execute promotions as instructed by Sales Manager, including booking clients, setting up outposts and preparing special offers
5. Follow up with clients on services offered
6. Meet or exceed sales targets
7. Send "Thank you" notes to all first time clients
8. Ensure treatments are completed as per schedule in a thorough, professional manner
9. Perform stock keeping duties as required
10. Ensure cabins are kept neat and clean at all times
11. Ensure all equipment is in good working order
12. Work in partnership with (Designated) Beauty Advisors to ensure clients are booked to effectively maximize productivity
13. Work collaboratively with all counters in the achievement of mutual goals
14. Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
15. Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.

The ideal candidate:

1. High School diploma
2. Professional make-up artistry training and aesthetics certification
3. 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity

The measures of success:

1. Contribution to financial and customer growth objectives
2. Individual objectives linked to the achievement of department goals
3. Feedback from internal and external clients
