Your mission should you accept it:
Reporting to the Project Manager, the function of the environmental coordinator is to support and monitor the work carried out on sites where wind farm projects are being built in Quebec, from Beaupré to Gaspé. The role requires interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, from different levels and positions to ensure the project proceeds in accordance with the conditions set by regulatory authorities.
Three municipalities, Audet, Frontenac, and Lac-Mégantic located in the MRC du Granit in the administrative region of Estrie will host wind turbines as part of this Project which will be connected to a Hydro-Québec electrical substation in service in the city of Lac-Mégantic, on rue Pie-XI. The project will include approximately 20 wind turbines and is scheduled to be commissioned by the end of 2026.
