Full-time role with outstanding training offered, regardless of prior experience.

Salary: $116,000 annually + Comprehensive Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with financial guidance and education to create custom retirement plans and investment strategies
• Analyze clients' financial situations and provide advice on risk management strategies
• Keep up to date with relevant financial regulations and news, and communicate changes to clients
• Identify opportunities to increase clients' financial performance and profitability
• Find and obtain clients to build a financial services practice
• We work with business owners, individuals, and families

Qualifications

• US Work Authorization
• Excellent people skills and communication skills
• Some experience in a sales or financial services-related position preferred
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other financial systems
• Competitive
• College Degree
• Life and health, SIE, Series 6 or 7 preferred but not required
• Coachable
• Previous Management skills are a plus
• Sales skills are a plus

Compensation

$116,000 yearly
