Key Responsibilities

1. Assess clients’ needs and financial goals, providing personalized advice and recommending suitable insurance products.
2. Foster and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-ups, policy reviews, and support with claims and adjustments.
3. Consistently achieve or exceed personal sales targets and performance goals.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Must have or be willing to obtain required state/provincial license.
2. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
5. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
