Entry Level Account Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Promptly acknowledge and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with precise solutions that meet or exceed their individual expectations.
- Manage client transactional needs, including renewal, new sales, marketing, and services according to brand standards and company procedures.
- Devise new sales tactics to increase profit margins and improve our customer experience.
- Coach and mentor other team members on technical, procedural, relationship-building, and sales skills.
- Set an efficient schedule and manage workflow to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy.
- Stay up to date with industry information, new product announcements, sales, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
- Interact with clients effectively by utilizing exceptional active listening skills, cooperating purposefully, and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve sales goals.
- Seek new and innovative ways to improve the client experience and drive sales revenue.

- High School Diploma.
- 1-2 years of experience in an entry-level Management, Leadership, Account Management, Client Relations, Sales, or Customer Support role.
- Ability to work full time hours.
- Must be a permanent resident and hold a valid, open work permit.
