People Corporation continues to grow, and we are looking for a team player to join our Enterprise Group Solutions team in Ontario. You will be joining a team of professionals with a broad range of skills and expertise to provide our clients with knowledgeable guidance, superior customer service and technical capabilities. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Group Solutions, the Enterprise Senior Benefits Specialist will be responsible for:
- Developing clear and concise prospect and client materials including presentations, benchmarking reports, proposals, Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions and employee communications;
- Organizing and executing on new business initiatives to support objectives including conferences, client seminars, lead lists, campaigns and quarterly newsletters;
- Communicating and collaborating effectively with team members, clients and insurance carrier partners to strategically support client and company goals and objectives;
- Managing the client onboarding process, including preparation and execution of insurance carrier marketings, enrolments, communications, and transitions to other carriers;
- Handling client inquiries and acting as a valuable liaison between clients and insurance carriers;
- Documenting, maintaining and tracking prospects and clients in the company’s workflow system;
- Efficiently prioritizing tasks and adapting as needed, guided by their importance and urgency.
Core Qualifications and Assets:
- Document, maintain and track prospects and clients in the company’s workflow system.
- Highly developed MSOffice skills; an advanced level of PowerPoint is required.
- Client-focused with an unwavering commitment to service excellence.
- Strong communication skills, with excellent proficiency in English - both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated capacity for independent work and proactive initiative, coupled with proficient time management skills to effectively prioritize prospect, client, and internal commitments.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is an asset.
- Group Benefits Associate (GBA), LLQP, and/or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) is an asset.
- Bilingualism is an asset but not required.
- There may be occasional travel required for industry events or corporate meetings.
