Overview:
Enterprise Systems Engineering team requires capacity and skills beyond what is currently available to support the Building Management Modernization Program. The program will result in modernization of systems at the majority of the sites including maintenance and operational sites as well as integration with corporate and cloud-based systems and environments.

What you will be doing:

• This work will include producing a significant update to the specification in the I&IT technology standards. The standard includes specifications for connectivity, device operations, implementation and compliance.

• This work will require a full-time contracted resource to work with a multitude of internal and external stakeholders to write the specifications, review and contribute to the design and ensure the decoupling of existing legacy systems is sound. The standards specifications must provide the right level to enable open standards, strategic design planning, integration and secure implementation which can be managed well into the future.

What you must have:

• Candidate must have completed implementations of at least 3 secure access control systems including at least 500 distributed access points across multiple remote sites that were integrated.

• Candidate must have implemented at least 2 building automation systems with at least 500 control points.

• Candidate must have authored specifications documents which included current open standards for the systems identified above.

• Candidate must have authored and gained endorsement of technology architecture documents for systems including those above.
