Job Description: Reporting to, and under general direction of the Manager, Enrolment Services, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the coordinated implementation of the university’s prospect engagement strategy, while safeguarding the standards and ethics of Royal Roads University.
The role of an Enrolment Advisor involves providing information, guidance, and support to help incoming students make informed decisions about their academic and career paths. They advise on admission qualifications and enrolment criteria, ensure timely expedition of information requested, and refer to other university services as appropriate. Enrollment Advisors engage with prospective and current students through phone calls, emails, and in-person and online meetings, as well as large group sessions. Enrolment Advisors focus on Customer Relationship Management principles to understand prospect, applicant and student needs. They are often the first point of contact between individuals and the university, and they work to foster and maintain positive professional customer relationships built on trust. Enrolment Advisors also participate in various recruitment events, and assist with activities or projects related to planning, reporting, promotion and other enrolment and retention initiatives.

This is a regular, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. This position has been evaluated at MPT-A with a salary range of $64,409 (minimum) to $75,677 (midpoint) to $86,945 (maximum) per annum. Employment offers will normally be made between the minimum and midpoint of the range and are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity.
