When there's a new major transportation project or other substantial municipal development in the works, it's imperative that the process is managed efficiently and effectively from start-to-finish. To help make that happen, the City is looking to bring aboard a new Engineering Project Manager.

As the lead on capital projects, whoever assumes this role will work to ensure that projects align with city goals, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements. He or she will also have a hand in managing the City's TSPLOST program, transportation planning and traffic engineering, as well as general transportation and private development review.
