About the team:
The Intelligent Complex Systems Team, currently a part of the Waterloo Research Centre, examines recent advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics to determine its potential for broader applications. This innovative team researches AI challenges such as matching human capabilities and ensuring the safety of collaborative AI systems.

About the job:

1. Work on software development for multi AI Agent systems
2. Develop Artificial Intelligent and Machine Learning (AI/ML) software components
3. Act as a bridge between Canadian technical experts and international peers

About the ideal candidate:

1. Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software engineering or System engineering
2. 3+ years of experience with Python Programming Language working on AI/ML with Tensorflow/Pytorch
3. Knowledge on RAG architecture, prompt engineering, LangGraph
4. A highly self-motivated learner and team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Familiar with debugging and troubleshooting
6. Well organized, can take notes during meetings, write meeting minutes and report to the teams
