Our Field Production Engineering team is currently seeking a new graduate for the position of Engineering-in-Training (EIT) in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. The successful candidate will take their technical knowledge gained in school, to learn hands-on at a field-based level. The Engineer-in-Training will initially work as a Field Operator in our Field Operations group for approximately four to six months, gaining valuable hands-on experience in Field Operations. Following this, the EIT will work at the Dawson Creek office in the Well Servicing team for approximately two to three years, before specializing in a technical position and working in our head office located in Calgary, Alberta.
With a deliberate focus on high-impact learning opportunities, our Engineering START program builds a strong foundation of industry and engineering experience. We are looking for innovative thinkers who bring new perspectives to how we produce energy for the world. The START Program provides an opportunity to work across our areas of operations to see the full spectrum of the energy industry and gain an appreciation for the importance and critical role of our field operations. As the EITs progress through the START program, they are partnered with senior mentors to support their development and maximize learning opportunities.
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 CAD to $88,000 CAD. The posted wage range is reflective of the qualifications associated with this specific advertisement. Exact salary/wage may vary based on qualifications, experience and skillset. Additionally, all permanent employees are eligible to participate in ARC’s competitive bonus, long-term incentive, savings plan, and benefits programs.
