You will build strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges during the transition. You will provide continuous support and troubleshooting throughout the onboarding phase, addressing client concerns and ensuring high satisfaction. You will regularly communicate progress updates to clients and other stakeholders.

You have strong end-to-end project management skills and can work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team. Experience in healthcare or EMR systems and familiarity with healthcare workflows, patient management, and regulatory compliance would be an asset.
- The training delivery expertise: You have exceptional communication skills, including an ability to engage your audience virtually or in person in pre-recorded or live sessions. You can translate highly technical concepts for a non-technical audience. You have outstanding documentation skills and a proven ability to create training materials, user guides, presentations, and other resource materials to support clients in onboarding and using new technologies.
- The consultative approach: You believe in the power of a thorough and timely onboarding and education process and have successfully delivered high-quality end-user technology training and configuration support. You can connect and build trust with client teams at any level, influencing them without authority and engaging them to understand and meet their needs. You are client-outcome driven and can pivot your focus to troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage client escalations and remove barriers.
- The technical skills: You are proficient with MS Office, scheduling tools, training software, and virtual meeting or learning spaces. Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare workflows is an advantage.
