Role Description

This is a remote role for an Empowerment and Development Co-Ordinator.

The role involves:

1. Coordinating personal development programs
2. Providing customer service
3. Managing projects
4. Assisting in supporting and training

The Co-Ordinator will work closely with clients to support their growth and development goals, ensuring a structured and fulfilling experience.

Qualifications

1. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
2. Experience in Project Management
3. Proficient Writing skills
4. Good IT skills; use of AI is a plus
5. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills
7. Background in personal development or lifestyle coaching is a plus
