The Infotainment Front End Web Developer is responsible for:

• Developing user-facing HTML/JavaScript front-end web application software for the SYNC infotainment system.
• Implementing graphical user interface components and screens that drive the in-vehicle experiences including media, entertainment, phone, voice, navigation, and vehicle settings.
• Working closely with UI and UX designers to take concept art, wireframes, and animation models from storyboard to production with a high degree of fidelity and detail.
• Participating in system design, documentation, and testing to deliver a best-in-class infotainment system.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of HTML/JavaScript software development experience using common web front-end frameworks (ReactJs, React Native, Redux).
• Proficiency with revision control including Git, Subversion, or equivalent.
• Experience developing, debugging, and deploying native or HTML-based applications on Linux operating system.
• Experience with unit testing.
• Experience working on an agile development team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Additional Skills

• Good to have experience in embedded or Automotive domain but it's not mandatory.
• Good to have experience developing HMI software for automotive infotainment systems and automotive product development process and quality experience.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's/master's degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics engineering or computer science, etc.

Salary Range: 80K to 100K CAD
