Email Marketing Manager

The Influence Agency is a growing marketing agency that specializes in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Strategy & Development, SEO, Paid Media, Web Design & Development, and much more!

We’re looking for adata-driven, innovative, and results-oriented Email Marketing Manager to join our team! As an integral part of the agency, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing email marketing strategies, managing client campaigns, and driving measurable results through data analysis and optimization.

This is an exciting position at a fast-moving agency that is focused on challenging industry norms and developing programs that are best in class.

We’re working in a hybrid model and looking for someone who is located in or around the GTA with the ability to travel to our West End location at least two days per week.

Abilities & Skills

Expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar)
Strong knowledge of email list management, segmentation, and campaign automation
Understanding of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and email compliance standards
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma
Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and performance reporting
Ability to integrate email strategies with broader marketing efforts, including social and content marketing
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design and troubleshooting cross-device compatibility (a plus)

Experience

2+ years of experience in email marketing
Proven track record in planning and executing email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and analytics platforms
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

List Management

Manage the growth, segmentation, and health of email subscriber lists.
Implement strategies to maximize engagement and reduce subscriber churn.
Collaborate with paid and social teams to enhance email lists through integrated efforts.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement email marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and customer journeys.
Execute automated workflows and personalized campaigns using segmentation strategies.
Ensure content resonates with target audiences, aligning with brand tone and design.

Email Design & Copywriting

Create visually appealing, brand-aligned email designs optimized for various devices.
Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy tailored to target audiences.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure email campaigns meet brand guidelines and resonate with audiences.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Monitor campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Generate performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimizations.
Share insights with internal teams and clients to inform broader strategies.
