Electromechanical Assembler

Responsibilities:

1. Perform assembly of electromechanical products.
2. Prepare components.
3. Proceed with tinning of components.
4. Manually assemble through hole (TH) and surface mount technology (SMT) components on printed circuit boards.
5. Operate and adjust automated inspection and assembly equipment.
6. Prepare, handle and use polymeric products for component bonding.
7. Install cables.
8. Mechanically integrate modules, flex and printed circuit boards.
9. Inspect, check and validate compliance of certain tasks performed by colleagues.
10. Support Research and Development.
11. All other related tasks.

Required Qualifications:

1. Diploma in one of the following fields: electromechanical, mechanical, aeronautical.
2. Strong relevant experience.
3. Plan Reading.
4. Basic knowledge of the principle of tolerances and geometrical dimensions.
5. Knowledge of standards IPC-A-610.
6. Ability to recover and enter data with a computer system.
7. Use of production databases.
8. Fine manual dexterity.
9. Good knowledge of French. Basic knowledge of English is an asset.
