The role involves installing electrical conduits and components on machines, following company standards, and performing electrical wiring. Primary duties :

• Assemble control panels (programmable logic controllers/variable speed drives)
• Install electrical conduits and components on machines according to company standards
• Quickly diagnose equipment malfunctions in the factory or on-site and carry out repairs to the company’s and customer’s satisfaction
• Collaborate with electrical engineers
• Perform tests to ensure the proper functioning of electrical installations on equipment

Knowledge:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to read and understand electrical plans
• Assembly of control panels, installation of electrical conduits, and machine wiring
• Pneumatics and instrumentation
• Programmable logic controllers and variable frequency drives
• Ladder programming

Required skills :

• Manual dexterity and initiative
• Autonomy and resourcefulness
• Versatility
• Written: Advanced French and intermediate English
• Spoken: Advanced French and intermediate English

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of experience
