Electrician

Position : Electrician

Reports to : Maintenance Supervisor

Shifts : Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm to 6:30am - $45/hour + premium

We are looking for an Industrial Electrician to join our Maintenance team! Our Electrician will primarily be responsible for installing and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, and control equipment.

You will be a great fit if you are a friendly and hardworking team player who is eager to take on new challenges! This role is physically challenging as you will be working in a fast-paced environment that involves repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, lifting, and standing for extended periods. However, this allows you to work in a friendly and supportive environment where your work has a direct and positive impact on how we create delicious, plant-based products!

Things You Will Do…

• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine the layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other related devices.
• Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records.
• Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring and other electrical components.
• Test electrical and electronic equipment and parts for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
• Maintain, repair, install and test switchgear, transformers, and load reactors and more.
