A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Watford. CBW is currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building. The successful candidate will be electrically biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, he or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance to the following:

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
2. Emergency lighting
3. Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
4. Chillers - Reset
5. Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
6. Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
7. Pumps, motors
8. Water Treatment
9. BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
10. UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

Hours of Work / Rate / Contract Details:

1. Monday - Friday
2. 8am - 5pm
3. Starting ASAP
4. £25p/h - (paid via umbrella)
5. Call out available (1 week per month)
6. Parking on site

Requirements:

1. Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3, 18th edition
2. Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
3. A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
4. Good communication skills
5. Client Facing
6. Immediately available or able to start at short notice
