Electrical Engineer (P.Eng Preferred)

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)

Our client is a growing, dynamic engineering firm located in downtown Toronto. With a strong, collaborative team and a portfolio of high-impact projects, they’re looking to add an Electrical Engineer to their close-knit electrical group.

About the Role:
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a skilled engineer ready to take the next step in their career. The role focuses on large-scale base building retrofits and complex power systems across commercial, institutional, and industrial spaces—stadiums, retail, office towers, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and deliver electrical solutions for large commercial and industrial projects

• Collaborate with a tight-knit team of engineers (P.Engs and EITs) in a fast-paced environment

• Conduct site visits and attend client meetings—maintaining strong, long-term relationships

• Participate in business development and contribute to client growth initiatives

What They’re Looking For:

• 2–5+ years of electrical engineering experience (P.Eng preferred)

• A strong foundation in commercial/institutional projects (not residential)

• Someone energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about learning and growing
