Description:The eLearning Content Creator is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging online learning materials that align with the needs of our diverse audiences. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (French/English).
Responsibilities:Under the leadership of the Director of Training, the eLearning Content Specialist - Food and Beverage brings expertise to the team through the following challenges:
- Defining learning objectives in collaboration with departmental directors;
- Participating in the recommendation and implementation of training strategies relevant to learning objectives and context;
- Developing content architecture based on training needs;
- Writing scripts, creating animations, producing digital documents, and audio recordings;
- Planning and monitoring all stages of the development of teaching materials;
- Facilitating meetings and workshops;
- Providing post-training follow-up and helping identify measures of success.
Requirements:To perform well, you must:
- Have cleaning and sanitizing experience, or other similar experience (an asset);
- Know about Learning Management Systems (LMS - Adobe Articulate and Rise);
- Be able to create animations, digital documents, and audio recordings (an asset);
- Be a good communicator;
- Demonstrate initiative and maximize teamwork;
- Be organized and understand the importance of the deliverables;
- Have a minimum of 2 years in a similar position;
