What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, and computers
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must speak fluent French and English
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
- Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in multitasking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
