We will be hiring a number of full-time and part-time roles within the organization. All successful candidates will receive comprehensive training.

The Role:

As an Avis customer service representative, you will be responsible for the sales counter and organization of our Rental fleet. This position will have you face to face with our Car rental customers as they arrive in Jasper to start their Rocky Mountain vacation. Receiving and executing rental inquiries will have you managing Car rental inventory, communicating with car washers, mechanical staff, and Avis Head office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close rental agreements
• Answer phone calls and confirm customer reservations
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Assist with delivering and receiving rental cars
• Establish strong communication with Avis Head Office
• Delegate a cleaning schedule with car washers

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, MS Excel, DOS
• Class 5 license highly recommended
• Strong oral and written communication in English, other languages are an asset
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
