About the Job
Holiday Ford Lincoln is looking for a hardworking, fast, and efficient Tire and Lube Technician. The suitable candidate will have experience in the automotive and/or dealership environment. We offer training and will support you should you wish to further your automotive repair career through opportunities such as apprenticeships in our shop.

Position Objective
- Performs tire, oil and other fluid changes.
- Preventive maintenance, cleaning, and repairs on dealership tools.
- Promotes dealership by presenting a professional image, positive attitude, and a clean work area.
- Follows all hazardous waste, OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Up to date on the latest technical services through training.
- Assists in bringing vehicles out front for pick-up.
- Reports on any missing, damaged company tools and equipment.
- Performs vehicle maintenance/repairs as assigned by advisor.
- Ongoing Ford Training Required
- Completes service and repair assignments correctly, to pass quality inspections or test drives.
- Uses computer to look up and obtain repair orders and parts requests, document information after repairs.
- Assists in parking lot maintenance such as sweeping and snow removal.
- Listens to and supports new ideas and approaches; adapts to changes quickly.
- Maintains cleanliness of customer vehicles.
- Assists technicians with repair procedures.
- Participates in department and dealership meetings.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Prior automotive or dealership experience an asset.
- Automotive education or equivalent.
- Customer service experience required.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license with clean abstract required.
