As the Director of 24 / 7 Programs, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for Boyle Street Community Services' round-the-clock operations, including multiple housing sites, crisis diversion, and emergency response initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring continuous, high-quality support for vulnerable populations across diverse programs. The Director will drive innovation in service delivery, foster a cohesive organizational culture, and maintain strong partnerships to enhance the effectiveness of 24 / 7 services.

Position Responsibilities
BSCS is more than a workplace. It is a community where everyone helps and contributes to the whole, and there is an expectation that all employees will take part in events (during the work week and occasionally during weekends and evenings). This includes fundraising campaigns, running community meals, medicine picking etc.
