What you will be doing:

Perform a variety of bookkeeping and financial tasks, including but not limited to:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records;
• Record financial transactions and prepare journal entries;
• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations;
• Complete daily bank reconciliations for multiple accounts;
• Handle month-end closing tasks, including accruals and adjusting entries;
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports;
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies;
• Support and assist with year-end requirements;
• Collaborate on special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

What You Need to Bring:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related discipline;
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Online) and intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and Excel;
• Experience with Buildium Property Management software is an asset;
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently;
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments;
• A high degree of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $56,000.00 - $65,000.00 depending on experience. We also provide:
