• Hiring is by Chief and Council Appointment

The Finance and Audit Committee reviews financial statements, advises on financial planning, the audit process, the system of financial controls and risk management, and when required makes recommendations to Chief and Council.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
2. Knowledge of internal controls and risk management.
3. Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
4. Ability to review and interpret financial data.
5. Familiarity with LNIB financial structure and processes preferred.
