Job description

An After-Sales Service Manager plays a key role in supporting customers in resolving issues after the sale of cutting tools. For this position, the ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

Skills Required:

  1. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    Ability to manage complex projects.
    Active listening, particularly with customers (identifying issues and providing solutions).
  2. Rigor and Organization
    Proficiency in sales tools and software (Epicor: data entry, quoting, and invoicing platforms).
    Effective management and adherence to deadlines and sales procedures.
  3. Leadership and Teamwork
    Collaborate closely with sales, supervisory, and other teams to ensure effective after-sales service.
    Have a positive influence on various teams.

Experience/Training Required:

  1. DEC in Administration or equivalent
  2. 2-3 years of experience in customer service, an asset
