Job Summary

We are seeking a Finance Process Specialist - ERP to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements related to financial operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. The successful candidate will use their expertise in finance and process to rebuild our intercompany accounting processes, and develop strategies that streamline operations, enhance financial reporting, and support overall business goals. We expect this candidate to be able to convert ideas into action.

As the Finance Process Specialist – ERP you will…

  • Evaluate existing financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement efficient and effective financial process methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on financial process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance and process improvement.

You would be the best fit for this role if you have…

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CPA Designation with 10 + Years of Experience
  • Proven experience in rebuilding financial processes to improve efficiency
  • Excellent Intercompany Accounting Skills
  • Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting Best Practices

Bonus points if you have…

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of ERP systems to simplify financial accounting.
  • Certification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is considered an asset.
