Manager, Finance Business Partner, Corporate Function

The Opportunity:

WSP Global is looking for a Manager, Finance Business Partner - Corporate Function, who will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and support to the corporate functions such as Human Resource, Marketing & Communication, Real Estate and Legal. This role involves collaborating with global leaders in these functions to drive financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with the corporation’s overall financial goals. This role is critical in supporting the corporate function leaders in decision-making.

What you can expect to do here:

• Participate in the design and implementation of a global financial framework that allows the monitoring of costs globally.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to corporate function leaders to drive decision-making, by maximizing our financial system.
• Organize and lead the financial review of the corporate function leaders.
• Manage the actuals, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the corporate functions.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other finance business partners to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Leverage and lead a team of finance business partners that supports the corporate functions in achieving their financial targets and objectives.

What you’ll bring to WSP:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance including 2 years in a management position and at least 2 years in a finance business partner role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts and metrics into clear, actionable financial insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders, corporate finance team and other stakeholders, as well as connecting them.
• Be bilingual (English and French).
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion accounting system and HFM Hyperion consolidation system is an asset.
