Job description
Responsibilities:
- Write SQL queries to extract data from data warehouses.
- Create data definitions for new database files or alterations made to existing ones for analysis purposes.
- Apply statistical analysis methods for compliance data, research, and analysis purposes.
- Keep track of trends and correlational patterns among complex data sets.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to understand technical architectures.
- Contribute to AML/Fraud business area initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SCALA, Java, Hive, Big Data, SPARK, HDFS, Unix shell scripting, SQL, and Snowflake implementation.
- Hands-on experience writing SQL queries to extract data from data warehouses.
- Strong communication and analytics skills.
- Understanding of technical architectures.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in the AML/Fraud business area.
Compensation: This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position: $29.99/hour - $46.87/hour.
