Position Summary
PNP is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our dynamic team. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's human resources strategies and initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Salary
The salary range for this position starts at $90,000.00. The final salary is to be determined, based on the experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the yearly strategic alignment for the organization.
- Lead and manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Lead and manage health and safety initiatives, programs and policy.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive packages that attract and retain top industry talent.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and create effective staffing plans.
- Manage and continuously enhance employee training and development programs.
- Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and innovation within the organization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Follow all applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain safety, quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in and provide suggestions for the development and continuous improvement of all departmental processes.
- Drive and encourage department staff in the development and continuous improvement of all departmental processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR management experience.
- Experience within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in employee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of BC employment laws and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of WorkSafe policy and regulations.
Assets
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- HR certification (e.g., CPHR).
