The Next Step Program Supervisor gives overall leadership for the Next Step Program, reporting to the Program Manager. The Next Step Program Supervisor provides a safe and secure environment for the program participants/clients and provides practical support to re-integrate them into the community while they address issues related to substance use and mental health concerns. The Next Step Program Supervisor plans and delivers various programs, including the Pathway of Hope Program, to meet program participant/client’s needs and to support them in continuing their sobriety and finding meaningful employment.
Hours:The performance of the job requires continuously monitoring the environment, frequently interacting with clients, attentive listening and observation of body language, and moderate attention when recording information.
